Congratulations! A positive pregnancy test is a fantastic,
life-changing event. The first three months of pregnancy, in particular,
are wonderfully exciting. And the next six months can be too.

when, your mind will, inevitably, turn towards planning ahead. You’ll
have any number of questions, even a few anxieties, especially if this
is your first time.

influence a mother’s health and happiness during pregnancy. And research

Your First Step?
For clients who have just found out they are pregnant and who are
new to the Clinic, we usually recommend that you start with an "Early
Pregnancy Health Check & Planning Consultation" with one of our
consultant midwives.
As most GPs don’t see women until after the 12th week of
pregnancy, you’ll probably have lots of questions, which we will be more
than happy to answer. We’ll also use the session to help you map out a
plan for the months ahead, with particular emphasis on the most
important do’s and don’ts, as well as various tips on how to keep you
and your baby in the best of shape through the first trimester. More

You might like to consider booking one of our terrific "Nutrition for
Pregnancy" consultations at the same time. Research shows how critical a
good diet can be to the optimal development of your baby, as well as
your own health and happiness during your pregnancy, and we would very
much recommend you get the help and advice of a specialist if you are

Personalised Pregnancy Support & Coaching – Use Us as Much or as Little as You Want
How much or how little you choose to use our pregnancy programme is,
of course, entirely up to you. As is when you start. Some women see us
from the very beginning of their pregnancy, some start half-way through,
some only come for help in sorting out common ailments, while
others just come for our wonderful "Ante-natal & Birth Preparation"
classes.
You can simply pick and choose the support you need. Or, if you prefer,
we can tailor-make a continuous programme of support for you instead.
