How Complementary Therapies Can Help Your Recovery

There are many wonderful relaxing and reviving complementary therapies and treatments that can be used to good effect during the weeks and months after the birth. Acupuncture, for example, is terrific for helping with backache and exhaustion, as well as stress and tension. Massage is another lovely way to relax and speed your recovery from the birth. We also run training in Breathing Dynamics and Positive Visualisation techniques, both of which can help boost your energy, vitality and spirit. Or you might like to consider a session or two of hypnotherapy to help you to set and achieve realistic goals for your recovery.
