1 Comprehensive Medical Assessment
Our programme begins with a consultation with Dr George Ndukwe or Dr Simone Rafena where a detailed history will be taken of all the tests and investigations you have had to date. They will explore further tests you may require and look further into any possible immune disorders. We can then create a personal plan of action that incorporates holistic elements of your care such as nutrition and therapies to help with emotional and psychological support. We also looking further into any possible immune disorders.
2 Nutrition and lifestyle assessment
Preparing nutritionally before you get pregnant again is key to building healthy eggs. We will assess your diet, looking at any micronutrient deficiencies, your anti-oxidant reserves and considering any appropriate nutritional supplementation and tests to bolster any deficiencies.
3 Emotional and psychological support
Women who have experienced miscarriages are often understandably highly anxious and need a lot of hand holding and support.
