When preparing for a Frozen Embryo Transfer, the nutrient needs are different, as the embryo has already been created, so the focus is on implantation rather than egg and sperm health. Nutrients such as Vitamin E, Selenium and Manganese support implantation, and CoQ10 has been demonstrated to help increase endometrial thickness. There has also been research to suggest that a higher fibre intake is linked with improved implantation rates.
This pack contains all of the supplements and nutrients we would recommend for women who are preparing for a Frozen Embryo Transfer.
Vitafem - contains an array of vitamins and minerals which have been researched to support hormonal balance and prepare your body for pregnancy. Including 400mg of folic acid in the active form of folate for the body to use.

Vital DHA - managing stress is important when waiting for implantation and making sure you are getting enough omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are vital for this. Plus, omega-3 is anti-inflammatory which can support implantation. Vital DHA is a high-quality omega-3 fatty acid supplement, plus zinc for further support.
Vitamin D - Vitamin D is considered important for the implantation of an embryo. Vitamin D spray is a high dose, daily spray in the form of D3 which can more effectively raise vitamin D levels.
Kaneka Ubiquinol (CoQ10) - CoQ10 has been demonstrated to increase endometrial thickness and support the implantation of an embryo. Our Kaneka Ubiquinol is more absorbable than conventional CoQ10, which means that optimal levels of CoQ10 can be restored quickly and efficiently.

We recommend taking any supplements for at least 3 months to see the benefit, though anything is better than nothing, so start as soon as you are able.
We recommend spreading out your supplements across your meals if you can, so taking one of each with breakfast, and the other at dinner time. It is advsied to take with food to help absorption and to avoid any nausea while your body gets used to the nutrients if you are not used to taking a number of supplements in one day. All of the products in the pack have been designed to take together.
Yes, the high levels of B vitamins in Vitafem can cause some people’s urine to turn yellow. If this happens to you, don’t worry, it’s perfectly natural!
