Lactakalm - Digestive Health for Breastfeeding

£19.99

Lactakalm is a friendly bacteria supplement isolated from human breastmilk to support women during breastfeeding.

Each sachet provides 3 billion friendly bacteria to complement the natural bacteria found in breastmilk.

A mother's milk has its own microbiome, these microbes are transferred to the baby when breastfeeding and can help support the development of their gut health. In some instances, this microbiome can become unbalanced and there is an overgrowth of pathogenic bacteria. This can lead to breast pain and inflammation, making lactation difficult and in some cases, leading to the cessation of breastfeeding.
