Zita West Products Limited offers delivery on all of its items to almost any address in the world. As you would expect, charges for delivery depend on the number of items ordered, the distance they need to travel, and the means by which they are to be delivered.
Options for delivery, and the cost of postage and packing will be shown and calculated for you automatically when you fill out the delivery address details at the check-out.
Occasionally, in the case of either a large order by weight and/or volume and or a specific destination, we may need to contact you prior to despatch to quote an individual price for the delivery cost.
- We offer standard delivery service for UK deliveries with an approximate delivery time of 2 – 3 working days, from the day of despatch
- All orders received before 12 noon on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) will usually be despatched that day so long as the product(s) ordered is/are in stock
- Deliveries within the UK sent by Special Delivery will usually arrive the day after despatch
- Allow 3 – 5 working days from day of despatch for delivery to mainland Europe and 10 – 14 days to the rest of the worl
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, or you no longer need them, you can return, or exchange any items within 90 days of the date of despatch.
Our ‘no quibbles’ guarantee means that if we have made an error with your order, or you have received your order in a damaged or faulty condition, we will refund the cost of the original postage and packing relating to the product and the cost of returning the product to us. If you choose to accept a replacement product in place of a product that is faulty, we will send you the replacement free of charge, including delivery. In all other instances the original delivery charge is non-refundable and unless otherwise agreed between us, you must also pay for the costs of return of the items to us.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
How to return or exchange products
If you would like to return any items to us for a refund or exchange, then you can do so by returning them to our fulfilment centre with a brief explanatory letter.

The value of the returned item(s) at the time of purchase, plus the cost of the original delivery, if relevant, and the cost of returning the item(s) to us will be refunded in full, upon receipt, to the same card that you used to make the purchase. If you wish to receive replacement items, please state this in your accompanying letter.
