Assisted Fertility - Fees from January 1st 2012

All cycle prices (IVF/ICSI) are package prices and include the cost of the following:
- Our unique Zita West Nutritional and lifestyle assessment Pre-Preparation Plan (PPP)
- Counselling (two sessions during the cycle, if you would like them)
- Ultrasound scans (during the cycle)
- Theatre charges
- Anaesthetic charges (some clinics charge separately for this)
- Oestradiol (E2) tests (during the cycle. Many clinics charge separately for this as well)
- Doctor's fees (during the cycle)
- Post-operative recovery
- IVF review consultation
Blood tests, screens and medication costs vary markedly according to the individual requirements of each client and are therefore charged separately.

| Women who are on a drug regime will need to have regular blood tests (usually every few days) whilst they are taking them so we can monitor the levels of hormones in your blood. You should expect to have a minimum of three tests during your cycle. These tests need to be done by ourselves (ie rather than elsewhere) as we need to be able to access the results very quickly in order to make immediate decisions on the back of them. | ||

| Consultation fees must be paid on the day of the consultation, immediately after the appointment. Cancellations made with less than 2 working day's notice may be charged in full | ||

| Egg and embryo freezing and storage is handled by The London Fertility Centre to whom payment must be made directly | ||
