About this webinar

If you are preparing for IVF or looking for ways to improve your chances of a successful embryo transfer and pregnancy, this free IVF preparation webinar with Zita West Fertility Nutritionist Isabelle Obert is for you. Whether this is your first round of IVF or you have been through treatment before.

IVF can feel like a lot to hold at once, from the appointments and the medications to the waiting and the pressure to "get everything right". It is easy to feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice about what to eat, which supplements to take and how to give each cycle its best possible chance. This webinar is designed to cut through that noise and give you a clear, trusted starting point from an experienced fertility nutritionist who is part of the Zita West team.

In this session, Isabelle explains the key foundations of fertility nutrition for IVF, from supporting egg and sperm health to managing stress, sleep and the everyday lifestyle factors that can influence implantation and pregnancy rates. Rather than adding to the noise, she focuses on realistic changes that fit into everyday life, so you leave feeling clearer on what you can do right now to support your next cycle and feel more in control.

What this free IVF webinar will cover

During this session, Isabelle will walk you through the key areas that can make a real difference to IVF preparation, embryo transfer and the two-week wait, whether you are having IVF, ICSI or a frozen embryo transfer.

  • Foundations of fertility nutrition for IVF: how to prepare your body through diet for IVF, including blood sugar balance, healthy fats, protein and anti-inflammatory foods that support egg and sperm quality as well as implantation
  • Key nutrients for reproductive health: the essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that support ovarian function, endometrial lining, male fertility and embryo development, plus simple ways to include them in everyday meals
  • Supplements for IVF preparation: which targeted fertility supplements for women and men may be worth considering before and during IVF, and how to avoid over-supplementing or wasting money on products you do not need
  • Lifestyle, exercise and stress management: how sleep, gentle exercise, alcohol, smoking and caffeine can affect IVF outcomes, and practical strategies to reduce stress and support emotional wellbeing throughout your cycle
  • Preparing for embryo transfer: how to support your body in the lead-up to transfer, including nutrition, rest, mindset and partner support, so you feel as calm and prepared as possible on the day
  • Navigating the two-week wait: practical guidance on managing symptoms, anxiety and uncertainty after embryo transfer, and how to look after yourself physically and emotionally while you wait for your test date
  • A live Q&A, where you can put your own questions to Isabelle and draw on her years of experience supporting couples through IVF, ICSI and donor cycles

Frequently asked questions

Is this webinar really free?

Yes, the webinar is completely free to attend. Simply sign up below and we'll send you everything you need to join on the day.

How long is the webinar?
The session runs for approximately one hour, with time for questions at the end.

I haven't started IVF yet. Is it too early to watch this?
Not at all. The weeks and months before a cycle are exactly when nutrition and lifestyle changes have the most time to take effect, particularly for egg and sperm quality, which are influenced by the three months before ovulation and collection. Many people watch this well ahead of their first cycle to give themselves the best possible starting point.

Does this apply to both partners?
Absolutely. Fertility is a shared journey, and sperm health is just as important as egg quality. The session covers how nutrition, lifestyle, oxidative stress and timing all affect male fertility, and what can be done to improve it. If you are looking for male-specific support, the Zita West male fertility supplement range includes targeted antioxidant support for sperm health.

Which supplements are actually worth taking for IVF?
The webinar cuts through the confusion, explaining which supplements have genuine evidence behind them for IVF and where people often waste money. The aim is a targeted plan tailored to your cycle rather than a cupboard full of products. Nutrients such as CoQ10 (ubiquinol) support the cellular energy that developing eggs rely on, and supplements including Kaneka Ubiquinol and the Ultimate Egg Health Pack are formulated with this window in mind.

Can I really improve my egg quality before IVF?
Egg quality naturally changes with age, but the environment in which eggs mature over the three months before collection is influenced by nutrition, lifestyle and targeted supplementation. This is why the preparation window before a cycle matters so much, and it's a key focus of the session.

Will I receive personalised advice during the webinar?
This is an educational session rather than a clinical consultation. If you would like personalised support on which products are right for your situation, you can book a free 1:1 fertility product consultation with the Zita West team.
