Who is it for?

Inositol and Folate can be taken by women with PCOS, irregular cycles and/or those who are trying to support their egg equality. Myo-inositol is rich in the follicular fluid that surrounds the egg and supplementing it can help to mature eggs.

Folate is the naturally occuring form of Vitamin B9 and is more readily absorbed by the body when compared to its synthetic counterpart, Folic Acid.

It can also be taken by men who are looking to support their sperm quality or present with metabolic syndrome (diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity).

Directions for use: Take 1.5 level teaspoons per day, sprinkled on cool food or mixed with water

Ingredients

Myo-Inositol

Inositol is active in cell to cell communication, transmitting nerve impulses. Cells need inositol to regulate various functions mediated by hormones and it is an important component in the development and maturation of eggs.

Although inositol occurs naturally in cereals, fruits and nuts, many women with PCOS suffer from an inositol deficiency. Supplementing with myo-inositol can therefore assist in maintaining levels of this important nutrient.

Folate

Recommended by the NHS for fertility and pregnancy.

Female Fertility: Important to build stores prior to pregnancy. Needed for the development of red blood cells and DNA production

Male Fertility: Vitally important for the normal functioning of the immune system and for normal cell division

Pregnancy: Known to help prevent spina bifida. Works together with Vitamin B12 to ensure healthy cell-division and normal tissue growth during pregnancy

Postnatal: Promotes the production of new and healthy cells for your body. Supplementation can be valuable as good supplies are hard to get from food alone, especially when breastfeeding

Myo-inositol (4g) with folate (200mcg) per daily dose.
