When you first start to try it can feel exciting; but it’s very important to manage your expectations as it’s very common to take up to a year to conceive. Try not to put pressure on both of you around ovulation and become obsessive; managing your mindset and being proactive is really important.
For so many women, you spend years trying not to get pregnant and it can be hard to turn the switch on when it comes to how to get pregnant. Keeping relaxed and managing your stress levels can help you to get pregnant quicker. And can also positively influence the eventual pregnancy.
