Endometriosis & PMOS (PCOS) Support

Endometriosis and PMOS (formerly known as PCOS) are two of the most common conditions affecting women trying to conceive, each thought to affect around 1 in 10 women of reproductive age. They are different conditions, but both are linked to hormonal and inflammatory factors, and nutrition is an important part of support alongside medical care.

This collection brings together supplements chosen with both conditions in mind, including the Endometriosis Support Pack and PMOS (PCOS) Support Pack, Inositol and Folate, NAC, Omega-3 from Vital DHA and Ultra Omega, and our foundation multivitamin, Vitafem. Find condition-specific guidance in our PMOS (PCOS) hub and endometriosis hub, or book a free 1:1 product consultation with one of our experts.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between endometriosis and PMOS (PCOS)?
Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the womb grows elsewhere in the body, often causing pain and inflammation. PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome, formerly known as PCOS) is a hormonal and metabolic condition that can affect ovulation and is closely linked to insulin sensitivity. Both can make conceiving take longer, but they need different support.
Can you have endometriosis and PMOS (PCOS) at the same time?
Yes, the two conditions can occur together. If you have symptoms of both, such as painful and irregular periods, speak to your GP about investigations.
Which supplements are relevant to both conditions?

Antioxidant and Omega-3 support, such as NAC, Vital DHA and Ultra Omega, are relevant to both, alongside a foundation multivitamin such as Vitafem. Inositol and Folate is particularly relevant to PMOS (PCOS), as Myo-Inositol has been studied in relation to insulin sensitivity and ovulatory function. Read more about endometriosis and Omega-3.

Should I choose a condition-specific pack?

If you have a diagnosis, the PMOS (PCOS) Support Pack or Endometriosis Support Pack is the simplest starting point, as each brings together the supplements we most often recommend for that condition. If you are unsure, book a free 1:1 product consultation.

Can supplements treat endometriosis or PMOS (PCOS)?
No supplement can treat either condition. Supplements are designed to support your nutrition while you are trying to conceive and work best alongside medical care, diet and lifestyle changes. If you are on prescribed medication or treatment, check with your GP or specialist before adding anything new.
