Kaneka Ubiquinol, Premium CoQ10 Supplement

£49.95

Brand new look: same fantastic product and now zero plastic packaging.

Kaneka Ubiquinol™ is a recognised and researched CoQ10 ingredient, naturally produced by yeast fermentation.

The development of eggs and sperm requires large amounts of energy and Co-enzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a critical ingredient in its production.

CoQ10 is one of the strongest lipid-soluble antioxidants available and, as well as playing an essential role in cellular ATP (energy) production it also provides defence against oxidative damage to the body’s cells, including lipids, proteins and DNA.

Kaneka is a Ubiquinol available as a nutritional ingredient, derived from Kaneka Q10™, the only all-natural yeast-fermented and bio-identical CoQ10 available today. Kaneka Ubiquinol is more absorbable than conventional CoQ10, which means that optimal levels of CoQ10 can be restored quickly and efficiently and it has been tested for more than a decade by scientists and researchers.

Who is it for?

This premium Ubiquinol supplement provides 200mg per day of Kaneka Ubiquinol and is suitable for women and men during preconception and for IVF.

Food sources of Ubiquinol include oily fish, organ meats, eggs, nuts and wholegrains but it can be difficult to get enough through our diet alone. CoQ10 is a fat-soluble compound which is important to our overall health as it is present in almost every single cell in our body. Egg cells have many times the concentration of mitochondria (responsible for energy production) as regular cells, and CoQ10 helps produce ATP which is the energy for almost every biological process in our body. There are two forms of CoQ10 (Ubiquinone and Ubiquinol) - Ubiquinone needs to be converted by the body into Ubiquinol before it can be used, whereas Ubiquinol is already active and many times more potent, meaning that optimal levels of CoQ10 can be restored more quickly and efficiently. As we age, the ability of the body to produce and metabolise Ubiquinone reduces so it is more beneficial to take a supplement containing Ubiquinol instead.

Take one capsule twice a day with or immediately after a meal.

Do not exceed recommended dose. Food supplements should not replace a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. After opening store in an air-tight container shielded from light at temperatures below 25 degrees C or 77 degrees F. Do not freeze. Use as soon as possible after opening.

Caution: Do not take if pregnant or breast-feeding. If you are pregnant, breast-feeding or undergoing medical treatment consult your doctor before use. Keep away from children.
