How do I use Comfort Down Under after birth?
Once you are dry after a bath or shower, gently smooth the cream over the perineal area or apply it to a sanitary pad. It cools on contact and is safe to use with stitches, which makes it particularly useful in the first days after delivery.
Can I have a bath after giving birth?
Many women find a warm bath soothing during recovery, and Restore and Renew is designed for this. If you have had a caesarean or have stitches, check with your midwife or GP about when it is right for you.
