Frequently Asked Questions
STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?BOOK YOUR FREE 1:1 CONSULTATION
Yes, certain nutritional supplements can support fertility by providing key nutrients needed for healthy egg development, sperm production, and hormone balance. While supplements cannot guarantee pregnancy, they can help optimise reproductive health alongside a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Important fertility nutrients include folic acid, CoQ10, zinc, selenium, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamin D, which are linked to egg quality, sperm health, and normal reproductive function. Fertility supplements can help ensure the body has the nutrient reserves needed to support conception and early pregnancy.
On average, it takes most couples 8–12 months to get pregnant when trying to conceive naturally. Around 80–85% of couples will conceive within one year.
However, this can vary depending on factors such as age, hormone health, sperm quality, and overall lifestyle.
If you’ve been trying for several months without success, it may be helpful to review common factors that can affect fertility and consider additional support.
You can support your fertility and improve your chances of getting pregnant by focusing on key areas such as nutrition, hormone balance, lifestyle, and timing intercourse around ovulation.
Simple changes like eating a nutrient-rich diet, maintaining a healthy weight, reducing stress, and taking targeted fertility supplements can all help support reproductive health. Read here to learn more.
