This is one of the most common questions that couples and individuals ask when they first start trying to conceive. On average, it takes around 12 months to fall pregnant but as we know, age, diet, lifestyle and a whole host of other factors can increase this dependent on the individuals.
Over the course of her career, Zita has pinpointed several factors that can speed up the process of getting pregnant. The answer is not as straightforward as having more sex or simply eating more of certain foods. Making adjustments to your lifestyle can greatly improve your chances of getting pregnant faster as well as lead to a healthier pregnancy.
