The Deep Green Cleanse

Rich in alkalizing greens and incredibly hydrating, this juice is great for cleansing the body and replenishing minerals often low in our diets, particularly magnesium.

  • 2 large handfuls of spinach leaves or kale
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon, peeled
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 2 apples
  • ice, to serve (optional)

Put all the ingredients through an electric juicer. Serve immediately with ice, if using.
